Special Features

If you are a bit low on your confidence level, we would suggest you take a look at the career coaching and the career assessments of ResumeSpice. This is such kind of feature that we expect from every single resume writing services. No one wants just to have a stellar resume without proper career guidance.

The main reason for not getting the dream job isn’t connected to proper resume writing only. There could be some reasons for your failure. A proper guidance and assessment can make a lot of difference.

Moreover, Resume Spice offers three different tiers of services for different job experience level. For example, they have the different expertise for the entry-level, mid-level, and top-level job seekers. Moreover, they give free phone consultation to their customers. It looks like they are trying their level best to provide service to their customers. Moreover, their career guideline blogs are very resourceful and help those who are finding it hard to get the right job.

Services Offered

You could call ResumeSpice.com to be an all-in service provider when it comes down to career help. They have resume writing, cover letter, LinkedIn profile builder as their basic services. Moreover, they can help you with your interview preparation, career coaching, self-assessment, and professional bio writing.

To give you a better insight into the services we tried out the “Professional Resume” package first hand. We got the ordered resume just after two days as they have promised on their website.

We found the resume to be a bit lower in quality that they promised of. We mean, it was definitely not a bad resume, but we expect a lot better. Basically, the resume lacked originality and personalization. The problem was the format we suppose. The resume format seemed a bit too much mainstream. It would be a matter of shame if the HR managers found the same resume from multiple number applicants.

The resume was not bad; it just lacked originality!

Price and Discounts

Okay, we have to say that they are pricey. A “Professional Resume” from the ResumeSpice would cost you $319. If you are looking for the executive level resume, you will have to spend about $399. The entry-level resume even costs $219.

Without a doubt, they are one of the costliest services in the market. Not only that but also the additional services cost way too much. Additional services like cover letter writing, LinkedIn profile polishing up, interview preparation, a professional bio writing, and even the thank you letter costs $119.

We couldn’t find any reason behind a person going for a personal bio of 300 words that costs $119.

We know a lot of you guys are short on your budget and looking for discounts. Sadly, they don’t offer any kind of discounts or promotional offer that might shed of the high price tag. So, if you are so sure about going with Resume Spice, you would suggest you increase your budget a lot.

Customer Support

The customer support of ResumeSpice is friendly and helpful. But they cannot offer the live chat option. We know that a lot of people are comfortable with chat rather than direct phone calling. Moreover, the phone call service is not toll-free. They should have looked for improving the smaller things to impress the customer base.

So, we are at the conclusion of the ResumeSpice.com. We don’t think that their service is terrible or bad. But we really cannot find the reason behind a common people spending so much money on a mediocre level resume.

Considering their special features, a wide variety of services, pricing policy, and the customer support, we would give them a rating of 5 out of 10.
